Product Property

Rubber conveyor belt consists of rubber cover and fabric canvass. According to the working conditions, different-thickness rubber cover and different plies of  fabric canvass can be adapted. Normally the framework material is EP polyester canvas interwoven with meridian terylene and latitudinal polyamide fiber. It has the advantages of short tensile, stable size, good elasticity, shock resistant, mould resistant, heat resistant and high adhesive strength. It is widely applicble to convey materials in medium and long distance, with heavy loading and at high speed. 

Rubber cover material is decided by its working conditions. Heavy working loading requires high tension strength of the total thickness. Rough and hard materials need high abrasive rubber cover. Oil resistant conveyor belts are used to oily material transportation. High temperature working conditions ask for heat resistant rubber cover as the working surface.
