Product Property

Abrasion resistant conveyor belt consists of EP fabric canvas and abrasion resistant rubber cover. Its framework material is the polyester canvas interwoven with meridian terylene and latitudinal polyamide fiber. It has the advantages of short tensile, stable good elasticity, shock resistant, heat resistant, mould resistant, high adhesive strength. It is widely applicable in medium and long distant, with heavy load at high speed, to convey those materials with non corrosiveness, lump shape, granular, powder, such as sand, stone, coal mining, iron core, copper mining, ready-made articles. Specific rubber cover can be customerized according to the working conditions or the detailed requirement.

Light rubber cover means a shorter working life, but its prices are lower a lot than Heavy rubber cover. You can balance to choose which type is suitable for you. Usually in normal countries, light rubber cover is used widely.
