HEAT RESISTANT RUBBER CONVEYOR BELT

Feature

Heat resistant fabric rubber conveyor belt adapts EP material with the high performance of high modulus, low shrink, and high breaking tensile strength. Its rubber cover uses EPDM rubber or chlorobutadiene rubber which has very good high temperature resistance performance. Heat resistant rubber conveyor belt serves for the high temperature materials, such as hot coke, sintered steel, cement, etc. 

According to the working temperature of conveyor belts, here are four types for choices:

T1 type: It is working for under the temperature 100 centigrade, short-time temperature can be 150 centigrade
T2 type: it is working for under the temperature 120 centigrade, short-time temperature can be 170 centigrade.
T3 type: it is working for under the temperature 150 centigrade, short-time temperature can be 200 centigrade.
T4 type: it is working for under the temperature 180 centigrade, short-time temperature can be 230 centigrade.
