Lower-Energy Consumption
The structure of straight warp and straight weft consists of aramid in warp and nylon cord in weft, which protects the belt well. The lightweight aramid conveyor belt can reduce the power comsuption of the belt. It will save more energy by using this saving-energy rubber with low rolling resistance as the pulley side.
Impact Resistant
The toughness of armaid DPP fabric can protect the belt from being puntured by the sharp conveying materials. It also can reduce the damage of the conveyor belt even if in high drop distance.
High Temperature and Flame Resistant
High heat temperature property protects the belt from being damaged by the conveying material with high temperature. Even the burning substance is not easy to penetrate the aramid conveyor belt.
Anti-Corrosion
Aramid fabric has the excelllent propertie in chemical resistance and corrosion resistance.
