Banded Wrapped V Belts

Banded Wrapped V-belts consist of multiple individual v-belts vulcanized together via a common top tie-band. Key advantages include synchronous operation, uniform load distribution, vibration resistance, stability against belt rollover or jumping out of grooves, and the ability to handle high-power shcock loads. It is the preferred choice for harsh or heavy-duty enviroments where single v-belts cannot operate reliably.

Loaders, auxiliary drives for excavators, oil pumping units, wood-working multiblade saws, large textile carding machines, etc. The top tie-band layer provides rigidity, preventing lateral shifting and ensuring quieter operation.

3. High-dust, outdoor, all-weather environments
Conveyor dirves in sand and gravel yards, outdoor fans, port bulk material handling equipment, farm machinery, etc. Weather-resistant EPDM banded wrap v-belts, resisting to UV radiation and ozone aging, with high resistance to cracking.

4. Environments with oil exposure, high-temperature machinery rooms
Air compressors, generators sets, cooling towers, etc. HNBR type for heavy oil exposure. common rubber belts will swell and slip if exposed to oil for extended periods.

5. Humid or high-humidity factory environments

        Yes, any sample order is welcome to know the quality of our products.

Q2.  What about the lead time of the sample or the final order?
        2-5 days for normal sample. 25-40 days for a formal order.

Q3. How much is the minimum quantity for each item in one order?
       One mould quantity is ok. Usually around 50pcs for small item, 10pcs for big item. 

Q4. Is it possible to print our logo or brand on the belt?
       Yes, we can print your logo or design on the belt after receipt of your formal authorization letter of the logo or your brand.
