Feature
This product is made of cotton canvas, nylon canvas or EP canvas, and produced under the processes of calendering, assembling, vulcanizing, etc. It is suitable for conveying various non-corrosive and thornless materials in blocks, in grains, or in powder such as coal in buld or in bales. Under the conditions of flammable or explosive enviroment in coal mineral line.

Number of Plies: 3-8plies normally
Thickness of Top Cover: 3.0-6.0mm
Thickness of Bottom Cover: 1.5-4.5mm
Adhension of Ply to Ply
With EP or NN Conveyor belt
Averange Adhesion ply to ply: ≥ 5.0N/mm
Averange Adhesion ply to cover: ≥ 3.5N/mm if the cover thickness is between 0.8-1.5mm
Averange Adhesion ply to cover: ≥ 3.9 N/mm if the cover thickness is over 1.5mm
Rubber Cover Performance
Tension Strength: ≥ 10Mpa
Elongation at break: ≥ 350%
The rubber cover has the requirement on the combustion retardant and static conductive retardant performance. Normally the average flame time in longitudinal direction is not more than 60s, and none reburning phenomenon happens at each test. Moreover the static conductiver is less than 3x10

EP600/3 JK 1000mm 3.0+1.5mm
EP600/3 is the fabric type. JK means that the belt has the general combustion retardant performance. 1000mm is the width of the belt. 3.0+1.5mm is the top cover and bottom cover thickness.
