SIDE-WALL CORRUGATED WAVE CONVEYOR BELT

. Feature

Side-wall corrugated wave conveyor belt is often used to prevent the scattering of conveyed materials, due to the space limitation of the space or in case of the lifting materials at large slope. I can convey the materials at a large slope from 0 degree to 90 degrees. 

1. Materials can be conveyed at a large slope
2. The belt has a large loading capacity and the materials won't be scattered. 
3. The slope of conveying can be adjusted from horizontal to sloping.
4. The conveyor is simple in structure, flexible in arrangement, and occupying only a very small area. 

 Techique advantage

1. Adding intermediate layer and adapting a plastic cord nylon in the middle of waveform ribs, improving the tear-resistant, torsion resistant, and vertical stiffness, extending the span life of the ribs. 

2. Adapting s short nylon fiber mix and assembled with our adsive system, the separator has features of high hardness, impoact resistant and and strong to tear. 

The tensile strength between base band, ribs, separator reach 22.3mpa, and tensile elongation over 420%.
