WEDGE WRAPPED V BELT

Features

Wedge wrapped v belt offers high transverse stiffness and a transmission power 50%-100% higher than classic wrapped v belt. The transmission limiting velocity reaches 40m/s, and the transmission efficiency over 95%.

Marking

Wedge wrapped v belts fall into two categories. The metric SP series comprise of SPZ, SPA, SPB, SPC. The inch series include 3v(9N), 5v(15N), 8v(25N) modes. V belts of these types are marked according to the outer length of the factory v belt. Specific noting shall be made on the order list of the customer, if the customer has special requirement. The length conversion table is available for conversion between various models.
