. Skirtboard Rubber

Skirt board rubber  is used to solve the problem of coal spraying, air leakage and power running on both sides of hte guide chute and the belt quality inspection, to redue the duct concentration in the belt corridor. Skirt rubber is made of high wearing resistant pure rubber, which means longer service life. 
 

. Rubber Lagging

Rubber lagging is used to protect the pulley shell from being damaged by the conveyed rough materials, by significantly enhancing the friction between pulley and conveyor belt - effectively reducing belt slippage. 
 

 . Impact Rubber

Impact rubber is installed under the conveyor belt at the unloading point of the belt conveyor, and is a replacement product of the buffer idler. It is mainly used to support and protect the conveyor belt, which can effectively buffer the impact of falling materials on the conveyor belt, preventing the damage of the conveyor beld caused by material impact and prevent conveyor belt from deviation.

        2-5 days for normal sample. 20-30 days for a formal order.

       One mould quantity is ok. Usually around 100pcs for small item, several dozens for big item.
