Structure and Material
High tensile body (core wire): glass fiber with high tensile strength and elastricity that prevent belts from strectching.
Rubber teeth: strong thermotolerance and oil resistance, super strong cohesion between core wire of tensile body and rubber teeth.
Nylon fabric: excellent frictional resistance and low skin-friction coefficient with prolong the service life of product.
Rubber material: CR rubber, HBR rubber
Fabric cord: domestic fabric cord, Japanese fabric cord
CR rubber is the normal rubber for auto timing belt, which has very good performance in oil resistance, chemical resistance, and a certain cold and
heat resistant, etc. HBR rubber has better performance in heat resistance, oil resistance, which works for longer working life than CR rubber.
